Submitting a quote request does not, by itself, create a binding contract for transport — pricing, scheduling, and terms of carriage are confirmed directly with you before any shipment is booked.

Quotes provided in response to a request are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual vehicle condition, dimensions, access requirements, or route details differ from what was initially described.

4. Insurance

Shipments arranged through Alan's Exotic Auto Concierge are insured up to $1,000,000. Specific coverage terms, exclusions, and claims procedures will be provided as part of your transport agreement prior to pickup.

5. Service Area

We specialize in East Coast transport and offer nationwide availability. Availability, timelines, and pricing may vary by route.

6. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent or malicious information through our forms, or to attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site's normal operation.

7. No Warranty

This website and its content are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that information on it is complete or current at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability
